That's because a lot of packages haven't done the transition to the
new names yet.

As the bug trail says, the fix for this particular bug report was

   * debian/control: Drop the "It can be safely removed from your system" from
     the old package names, since that is untrue until the transition is
     actually complete. (Closes: #489246)
