As i described in the bug and on the post - all relevant data is already in Debian the problem is accessing it :
For example you can try to work with localhost:631/he but this will not load the proper css and images (i wonder why) and all links will move you to the english version.
But still to work with hebrew interface i need to rebuild the package (to make the proper css files to load) .
gr8 example is the translated images (that include הוסף instead of add)
