Bug#493108: cups: sends document raw to the printer

Package: cups
Version: 1.3.8-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

*** Please type your report below this line ***

I have configured the following printer (names anonymized)

<DefaultPrinter Aficio-3235C>
Info Aficio palier
Location ############"
DeviceURI smb://########:########@IDSI0/SRV-#####/######
State Idle
StateTime 1217504260
Accepting Yes
Shared Yes
JobSheets none none
QuotaPeriod 0
PageLimit 0
KLimit 0
OpPolicy default
ErrorPolicy stop-printer
</Printer>

It uses the Aficio 3235C PS ppd, from openprinting-ppds.

When printing the test page or a PDF document, it is sent raw to the
printer, making it print dozens of blank pages with garbage on it.

Downgrading all cups packages to 1.3.7-9 immediately fixes the issue.
