Sorry about the confusion. Your bug ended up reporting two issues:
1. The missing python-qt depends. I closed a number of qt depends bugs with that upload.
2. The other issue you reported was the dbus issue which is being tracked here:
http://bugs.debian.org/489677
The fix for your dbus issue is to install the dbus-x11 package. This will be enforced with the next upload.
