I forgot to apt-get cupsys-client. So I need to resend this.
The updated version is even WORSE. It fails the password change
SILENTLY, so the user isn't even notified that the password has
not been changed:
strace shows that lppasswd still fails on "Permission denied";
as I mentioned above, this error message is not even shown to
the user, giving the user a false sense of success.
