Bug#147332: marked as done (cupsys : ends up eating all CPU when started with no network available)

I booted my laptop with no network interfaces up, cupsys started fine,
however it ended up eating all CPU (96.8% according to top).

It is configured to announce its printers to my network. Here is the

affected the version of cupsys released with Woody.
