Bug#452244: hplip: depends on sysv-rc

I think that I you don't know if it would work with file-rc, you shoudn't depend on sysv-rc.

The only package with a rdepend on sysv-rc and not file-rc is bpalogin, and it also has a bug report on it (#431478). I think that you should not depend on sysv-rc neither on file-rc.

Do you agree to make the change?
