Well, the evidence is (obviously) that it is unstartable in my machine.

Now, why? that's the problem. cupsd is a mess, and I need help in order to 
do more diagnose from someone who knows it with more detail than I do. If
the were that some dependency is not satisfied, well then the bug would be
there, but need to find that dependency.
