kghostview instantly eats all available memory, killing the system w/o
an OOM killer.

I'm closing this report as you and another person stated that the bug in
question is gone. I'd be happy to continue the discussion about
http://www.mathsci.appstate.edu/~sjg/futurama/April-MAA-p12-15.pdf rendering
in kghostview/gs via email and if it will be found to be a bug, a new report
will have to be created as it would be a different issue.
