Hi Roger, first of all I can NOT reproduce the error again, because of yesterdays update (apt-get update). I can not stress too much, that I really had this error, that the dev package deps on (=1.2.7-1). It is definitively gone. Therfore in my opinion you can close this bug. Second, below the storyboard for the installerscript from linuxprinting. I downloaded hplip-1.6.12-run script. Because I have trouble with the hpsendfax function in hplip. See bug #402909. I will run the script in a mode, to get the right dev-packages. Then chmod +x and sudo ./hplip-1.6.12-run, in automatic mode.
