Are you sure?  I can't find any evidence of this bug.  As a result,
I'm closing it.  Please reopen it if you are sure this is a bug, but
please provide sufficient detail to illustrate the problem, e.g. the
output of "dpkg -s libcupsys2-dev" and "dpkg -s libcupsys2".
