I think those comments are not gs, but the postscript-file outputting
things to stdout. It would be nice if -q would suppress this, until this
the workaround I am using is:
/usr/bin/gs -q [all kind of -d -r and -s] -sOutputFile=/dev/fd/3 - -c quit 3>&1 >&2
