Bug#379863: All non-HP hpijs-PPDs are missing

I also believe that all hpijs PPDs belong in package hpijs-ppds and 
should be installed in /usr/share/ppd/hpijs.
If I'm not mistaking with the files hpijs-printermap and hpijs-generator 
found at linuxprinting.org you should be able to generate the foomatic 
xml files for both HP and non-HP printers. The foomatic xml files can 
then be used to generate all hpijs PPDs.
