Package: gnome-gv
Version: 1.1.96-3.1
Severity: normal
In this version of gnome-gv (which is in the proposed-updates section of
woody), anti-aliasing can make some parts of the text invisible under X11
(zooming in or removing anti-aliasing makes the text appear again).
For an example see
http://www.tsi.enst.fr/~cappe/debian/ex.ps
as well as screenshots with an without anti-aliasing
http://www.tsi.enst.fr/~cappe/debian/ex_ggv-antialias.jpg
http://www.tsi.enst.fr/~cappe/debian/ex_ggv-noantialias.jpg
(the part of the text that disappears is under the word "Filtering",
the two equations labelled (4.5) and (4.6))
The same bug happens with gv (I reported it under
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=173330).

This bug (gs-gpl displays wrongly with anti-aliasing or
-sDEVICE=x11alpha) has been fixed in gs-gpl 8.54, so now I close this
bug.
