Package: cupsys
Version: 1.2.3-1
Severity: important

When I try to "Share published printers connected to this system" via
the web interface (localhost:631), it makes cupsd.conf blank and
therefore makes cupsys as a whole unusable (since I can no longer start
up the server as it wants some kind of cupsd.conf not just an empty
file. To be clear, I start with a default cupsd.conf, add a printer
(which works fine), and then try to enable sharing via the web
interface. Then, when the browser says the server is restarting, it
redirects to a "Can't connect to server page," I see that cups is dead
and I can't restart it (at least, not with the init.d script).

Happy to provide any further info you may need. Thanks for all the good
work!
