Bug#377079: same problem with Epson Stylus Photo RX520

It worked fine with the RX510 ppd until an apt-get update including cupsys and 
gutenprint packages. lp module is loaded, /etc/lp0 exists. It's an 
USB-Printer, usblp is loaded too. Even printing as root doesn't work, so I 
don't assume it to be a permission problem.

this one doesn't finish:
$ echo 'hello' > /dev/lp0

PS: Is it a good idea to downgrade cupsys to 1.1.23 via apt-get?
