Ppd File Structure specification release 3.0

I have done a major review of the PpdFileStructureSpecification 
(http://wiki.debian.org/PpdFileStructureSpecification). This 
specification describes how PPD providing packages in Debian should 
cooperate to form a single database of unique PPDs and describes the 
changes that should be make to PPDs to provide users a better experience 
while setting up their printer queues. I have considered the comments I 
received before and believe that the reviewed specification addresses 
them all.

I also created a seperate wikipage with suggested changes to binary 
printer driver, prebuilt PPD and Foomatic database packages available in 
Debian to conform with this specification. The wikipage can be found

It would like to hear you ideas, comments and suggestion about it.
