Bug#381512: lprng: fails to print on usb printer

Justification: fails to work at all

one of my patches botched usb printing (at least)
must roll back patches, this is a placemarker to stop it migrating
lprng 3.8.28-4 does nothave this problem

also check the prerm scripts
