Bug#370607: CUPS_GET_DEVICES Call returns "Unknown"

Many of CUPS programs set up a CUPS_GET_DEVICES request and in version
1.2.1-1 and 1.2.1-2 on an ARM platform, the result returns: "Unknown"
.  This works correctly in the stable and testing releases of cupsys

All of the backends correctly report device information.  This problem
is probably an upstream problem as other platforms are reporting
similar kinds of issues.

This problem causes the web tool to be unable to List, Add or modify printers.
