Bug#371740: cupsys: no connection to usb after upgrade

Thanks for the hint. I found out what's wrong using Google. But this cannot be the goal. So, what at least should be done in my opinion is:

1. Change the "error" message to something that is actually useful. The current message surely is not telling that /dev/usb/lp* device names are simply deprecated. (btw: the logic "those device names might change, so we don't even try to use them anymore" makes not much sense in case there is only one printer...)

2. At least give a hint in NEWS.debian. That's what I had expected...
