This was a problem with the cupsys package, but it has since been
fixed there.

In unstable, I could add a Recommends on gs-esp.  We don't strictly
require it, even if it will be used in most cases, so a Depends is too
strict.  I'm not even sure about a Recommends; this package is just a
raster driver, the PostScript/PDF RIPing already happened before we
became involved.

This is not strictly a bug.  In sarge (stable), this will not be fixed
because it does not meet the criteria for a stable update.  As a
result I'll mark the bug "wontfix" in case anyone else sees it.  In
unstable, the problem is already resolved by the cupsys package.
