These two documents https://localhost:631/help/overview.html and https://localhost:631/help/whatsnew.html should exist in the filesystem as /usr/share/cups/doc-root/help/overview.html and /usr/share/cups/doc-root/help/whatsnew.html They are both present and accessible on my system. Sam, are they present on your system? Something like 'w3m /usr/share/cups/doc-root/help/overview.html' should show you the page, which should be almost the same as to 'w3m 'https://localhost:631/help/overview.html'' I guess you could configure CUPS to deny access to /help, is that the case here?
