Bug#353603: Only first page printed, the rest are blank

Please could you send an example 2-page .ps file that shows this
problem, so I can do some tests myself?

Please do, though it would help if you bzip2 it first.

The normal driver to use with CUPS is cupsys-driver-gutenprint, rather
than ijsgutenprint.  Please could you try making a print queue using
the CUPS+Gutenprint driver, and see if this also has the same problem?
