Bug#337911: No cmap created for TrueType fonts when printing

Severity: Important
When using TrueType fonts in documents the printer fails when GS passes
nothing to Gutenprint. GS doesn't properly rasterize the fonts. Thus
all documents require exclusively the use of PostScript fonts.
When printing to a .pdf file no cmap is created which makes the file
unviewable and non printable.
