Yeah, a removal like this doens't work correctly if simultaineously new
packages are uploaded -- and I didn't detect this issue this time. I
moved away all the offending files and re-uploaded gutenbook and
accepted it from NEW to restore the override table; autobuilding out of
incoming probably won't work now, but the situation should be normal
again after the next mirror pulse.
