Bug#320281: hpiod segfault

Please test 0.9.4-1 just uploaded.

If it segfaults, please:

1. apt-get install build-essential fakeroot
2. apt-get build-dep hplip
3. apt-get source hplip

then cd into the hplip source directory, and

DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=debug,nostrip,noopt dpkg-buildpackage -uc -us -rfakeroot

Install the resulting .deb packages.
Enable coredumps (for root) with ulimit -c unlimited
Restart hplip

Try printing, see if you get a coredump, and run gdb on the coredump, using
the bt gdb command to get a backtrace.

Or try to attach ltrace to whatever process is segfaulting [before it
segfaults :( ] so that we can have an idea of where it is segfaulting...
