Just to follow up, I can't duplicate this problem here (on my sid
amd64 box; I'll check a few others as time permits). Christoph, can
you send us the output of 'foomatic-configure -q -O 2>/dev/null'?
This should help track down which of the foomatic-* packages is at
fault.
