Bug#338961: escputil: Would really like a newer CVS snapshot supporting Epson C88

Hello,
It would be really nice if you could package a version of gutenprint
from CVS that supports the most recent Epson inkjet printers, the C88
and C68. Support for these was unfortunately added after 5.0.0rc1 was
released on September 1 (which I guess is the version currently
packaged). But these models are becoming pretty common now.
The printer works fine even with the C80 driver present in Sarge, but
the escputil tool (even the version in Sid) doesn't recognize it,
and I'd like to check my ink level at some point :-)
