I did that and then run "/etc/init.d/cupsys restart". Then I printed
something as root and normal luser. Situation is still the same: root
can print but normal luser can't. But this has changed: If I load page
"http://localhost:631/printers"; to my WWW-browser, that printer looks
like this:

Description: Canon LBP-8 Mark IV
Location:
Printer State: idle, accepting jobs.
Device URI: parallel:/dev/lp0
As you can see, there is no more that input/output error.

Those lines came, when normal luser tried printing plain text and
PostScript.
