Strange... We've no change around library between -10 and -11.
I suppose that's from:
1. file system trouble (disk full or corrupted file system)
2. dpkg bug
3. SElinux, kernel, or something
FYI, next libcupsys2-gnutls10 -12 becomes transitional package.
