Sounds correct.

You should remove the line for jessie, it's not necessary as all packages
from Jessie are also available in unstable, just in newer versions.

Also, please make sure that packages from experimental are correctly
pinned down to 1 - which should happen automatically but I have seen
that not work for Debian Ports in the past - so that experimental packages
are installed only when explicitly requested.

For example:

root@blaauw:~# apt policy ghc
ghc:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 8.8.1+dfsg1+is+8.6.5+dfsg1-2+b1
  Version table:
     8.8.3-1~exp2 1
          1 http://deb.debian.org/debian-ports experimental/main ppc64 Packages
     8.8.1+dfsg1+is+8.6.5+dfsg1-2+b1 500
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian-ports sid/main ppc64 Packages
root@blaauw:~#

Otherwise, your sources.list looks fine.
