Arctic Fox 27.9.16 released

Hi All,

There is 64-bit version of Arctic Fox 27.9.16 but it has been only tested on openSUSE Tumbleweed PPC64 and on Fedora PPC64.

I am not sure if it works on Debian PPC64. Maybe you have to compile it yourself for Debian PPC64.
