Bug#824923: libqb: FTBFS on powerpcspe due to mismatched symbols file

Source: libqb
Version: 0.17.2.real-6
Severity: normal
User: debian-powerpc@lists.debian.org
Usertags: powerpcspe

libqb currently fails to builds from source on powerpcspe due to a mismatched
symbols file:

dpkg-gensymbols: warning: some symbols or patterns disappeared in the symbols file: see diff output below
dpkg-gensymbols: warning: debian/libqb0/DEBIAN/symbols doesn't match completely debian/libqb0.symbols

The fix is obvious and trivial, add "!powerpcspe" to __start___verbose@Base and
__stop___verbose@Base, following the same pattern as for the other PowerPC
architectures, in debian/symbols.
