Bad news, it's an internal processor error. As far as I remember on
these processors the data cache is parity protected.

So either you processor is dying, or it is running too hot, or there
is a problem in the power supply regulators of the processor. 

Actually the power supply is the most likely issue. Very often, because
of aging electrolytic capacitors, power supplies stop being able to
provide the rated current.
