Kernel: [ ] Disabling IRQ #39 issue

Dear Community

I've just installed Debian 7.4 on my PowerBook G4 alu (latest PowerBook5,8 / A1138).
There seems to be an issue with the IRQ / USB setting in the Kernel.
After a certain of time (about 5 minutes) it appear a message ...
Kernel [..] Disabling IRQ #39
Kernel [..] irq 39: nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option)
Kernel [..] CPU: 0 PID: 0 Comm: swapper Not tainted 3.13-0.bpo.1-powerpc #1 Debian 3.13.7-1~bpo70+1
Kernel [..] Call Trace:
Kernel [..] [effefec0] .....
....
Kernel [..] Exception: 501 at arch_cpu_idle+0x24/0x78
Kernel [..] LR = arch_cpu_idle+0x24/0x78
....
Kernel [..] handlers:
Kernel [..] ata_bamba_interrupt
Kernel [..] Disabling IRQ #39

After that you will see the screen, mouse clicking will work but nothing happens. I would say there is an conflict with the SATA / HDs and USB
IRQ #39 is related to pata-pci-macio

Has somebody experienced similar issues?
Is this known? If yes, any advice how to fix this?

Thanks for any hints.
