Missing packages in the ppc64el unstable repository

Hi,

There are a few important packages that are missing in the unstable repo of the ppc64el architecture, such as: 

 python-numpy
 python3-numpy
 libapr1
 libapr1-dev
 libaprutil1-dbd-freetds
 libonig2
 libldap
 linux-tools
 oprofile
 valgrind

Do you have any idea when they will be available?
