you have to install librtas as needed dependency.
E.g. from my cruxppc 64bit system:

root@9114-275:/home/nello# ilenia -D powerpc-utils --all
librtas [installed]
ncurses [installed]
readline [installed]
sqlite3 [installed]
libservicelog [installed]
servicelog [installed]
zlib [installed]
sg3-utils [installed]
libvpd [installed]
lsvpd [installed]
ppc64-diag [installed]
powerpc-utils [installed]
