Dual Boot Won't
Well, i'm back with the next trauma. I may not have mentioned it
previously, but my PowerBook is partitioned for dual booting - the
other side has a basic Leopard setup [it no longer has the password to
wifi] but it has some games that my wife really likes. Anyway, i
restored the Mac side from a back up and now i can't boot in Debian.
Yaboot works, but the linux boot always ends with:
"/pci@f000000/ata-6@d/disk@0:4, boot/vmlinux: Unknown or corrupt
filesystem"
The linux partition is still there, i can see it in Open Firmware. Is
there a simple command i can run from, say, a live CD to restore
things without having to reinstall?
