I'm willing to sponsor packages. But the maintenance work has to be
done by others. I currently don't have time to invest larger chunks of
time into Debian PPC. Please contact me by private mail if you have
PPC specific packages ready and are looking for a sponsor.

I'm also willing to sponsor NMUs for any bugs that warrant an NMU. 

So, no it's up to the non DDs careing about powerpc to do the work
instead of just complaining that nobody cares ;-)
