The system doesn't have any HMC and is out of the box. I'm not planning
to use partitions.

If I do a ls in openfirmware I can "see" under /vdevice two ethernet
devices.

In the SMS menu I have the following list (Setup Remote IPL) :
Version EL350_039

SMS 1.7 (c) Copyright IBM Corp. 2000,2008 All rights reserved.

 NIC Adapters

      Device Location Code

 2. PORT - 2 IBM Host Ethernet Ada U789C.001.DQD1C40-P1-C7-T2
00215eb28921

I don't have done any upgrade to the firmware. Which firmware version
can I give you ? (from ASMI or Advance System Management)

During boot I have catch these messages :
first install64 :
boot: install64

Please wait, loading kernel...

Do you need a full screenlog ?

Cordially, xavier
