Short answer
* Install debian on a pSeries machine
* Boot into a RHEL (or other suppoirted distro) on the iSeries
* rsync the pSeries across
* Setup the boot device in OS400
* Enjoy debian goodness :)
Oh course there may be challenges along the way, but if you didn't like a
challenge you wouldn't be using debian ;P
