On my laptop I run a number of OS's but use sid as main production
system. However, I keep a spare sid system on the box just in case an
upgrade goes awry. In the three years I've been running sid I've not
suffered a serious breakage; however, from time to time some
functionality changes or breaks usually when you need it and it's good
to have an alternative system to fall back on. I also have ubuntu and
etch on it. All the linux systems share the same swap and /home
partitions.
