problem with bcm43xx after resume

Hi,
i've some problem with the bcm43xx driver:
First of all i wasn't able to get the AirPort to 54 mbit, it only works 
at 11 mbit.
The other problem is that after the resume the wireless interface seems 
configured but it isn't functional, i must get it down, remove and 
reinserting the module and reconfigure the interface with ifup.
There is a way to do it automagically on resume?

I'm using 2.6.17-rc6 vanilla on a mid 2005 ibook.
