Thanks for pointing me to a right direction. I have tried to boot testing
netboot CDROM, everything went fine until that IPS driver. Exactly same behavior
as it did on FC5-ppc distribution. In fact, there are tree different errors
spotted when loading IPS driver (looks like they depend on driver parameters -
whether you use memory-mapped IO or control registers). I will try to file a bug
report now, looks like IBM ServeRAID driver needs special initialization on PPC
platform (we have several ServeRAID adapters working just fine with kernels
2.4.20 and 2.6.16 on x86 servers!)
