totem cannot find user-level thread

Hi all,

Using a fresh sarge install on a Powermac 7,5, totem segfaults at start.

The error occur on 2.6.8-power4-smp (2.6.8-12) and 2.6.11-power4-smp
(2.6.11-2) but not on Sven's 2.6.11-pseries (2.6.11-2.ppc64.1).

here is what gdb has to say on 2.6.{8,11}

any idea what is going on?
