And that's what nearly everyone (except Debian) actually does. I
can see their (and from what you say, your) point. But I choose
to take the more "practical" path, personally. If you (and they)
choose the more theoretically pure path, I can only respect you for
it.
In the mean time, let me know how you fare with getting quik to work.
