Martin,
	I checked that as well, my output looks exactly like yours.  Do you
think this can have anything to do with /initrd?  My /initrd is empty,
is that how it should be?

I do have a working system becuase I backed up my 2.4 kernel and added
an entry to my yaboot.conf for it.  Thanks.
