With the kernel >= 2.6.5 I have no problem using the builtin bluetooth.
Just configure correctly your kernel (i.e. include everything bt-related)
and you're done. I can connect to phones and also managed to send files to
a Powerbook that was running OSX.
Would be nice if someone could compile KDEbluetooth for ppc though, I
didn't manage....
