Re: Debian-FreeBSD?

openbsd runs fine on powerpc. do you need to be running a debian-bsd?
just the bsd 'distribution' (flavour i suppose is the better term)

not trying to be off topic or anti debian or anything but the
bsd flavours do come packaged nicely. i like them.

my file server runs freebsd 5.2.1
web server freebsd 4.7 (needs an update)
mail server openbsd 3.5

all intel, but our old mail server ran openbsd-sparc for 3
years straight. but its poor little sparcclassic body couldnt
possibly handle the addition of spammassassin, clamav, mailman
imap and then web based email. so now its been reluctantly retired

Has anyone tried the Debian port of FreeBSD? Is there a PPC version? How does it install? Thanks.
