Current recomended practice is :

 Install a base system with the netinst iso you can find at :

   http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/
 
 Follow the powerpc 110 MB CD image, with Debian base link (well, it is
 160Mo actually).

 Once that is done, you can either install the rest of the stuff over
 the net, or use standard debian/sarge/powerpc CD/DVD sets.
